The items purchased with the Collaborative are not Returnable or Refundable because they are purchased as a custom bulk order with a collective group of buyers.
In the event an item is received damaged due to shipping then the buyer will need to submit a claim with the shipper to receive reimbursement for the cost of the damaged item(s) up to the amount of insurance coverage on the shipment.
SHIPPING
Shipping for your order is calculated by the shipper and is based on the calculated weight of your items, the size of the box and the distance your items are transported from the point of orgin (GA) to your shipping destination.
